Occupational Therapists
Samantha McMillanSam is a Denver native, who left Colorado to attend Tulane University in New Orleans, LA. She received her Bachelor of Science (Psychology) and Bachelor of Arts (Spanish) from Tulane. Immediately after graduating from Tulane, Sam worked with children with Autism, which led her to discover occupational therapy. She received her Master of Occupational Therapy from LSU Health Sciences center in May 2016, where she was nominated by her teachers and peers for the academic excellence and community service award.

Julie Wall, M.S. OTR/L, PAMJulie received her Master of Science degree in Occupational Therapy from San Jose State University in 2013. She has worked with adult populations in a variety of treatment settings including skilled nursing, inpatient hospital, and outpatient rehabilitation clinics. Upon joining Kaiser Permanente in 2016, Julie began to specialize in Neurological Rehabilitation, receiving certifications in physical agent modalities (PAMs), Parkinson's Wellness Recovery (PWR!), and Assessment of Motor and Processing Skills (AMPS). She has also completed specialized training in Adult Neurodevelopmental Treatment (NDT), vision & cognitive rehabilitation, and mindfulness within healthcare settings. Julie is a California native, recently relocating to Colorado with her family and joining the Integrated Rehab Team in October 2020. Outside of work, Julie enjoys dancing, theater, travelling, and spending time with her 2 young boys. |
Physical Therapists
Leah Kroll-Rosen, PT, DPT, c/NDTLeah received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of the Incarnate Word in San Antonio, TX in 2015. Leah’s passion for neurological rehab began while working as a rehab technician at a Skilled Nursing Facility prior to acceptance into PT school. It was there that Leah learned about a multitude of diagnoses to include Stroke, Spinal cord injury, Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson’s disease, and Guillain-Barre syndrome. Leah’s excitement for neurological rehab grew through a variety of clinical affiliations targeting these populations. After graduating, Leah earned a job in an inpatient/outpatient community day program in San Antonio for survivors of Brain Injury and Stroke in which she worked closely with an interdisciplinary team to address the patients holistically towards recovery. Leah has since expanded her knowledge and skills for this population and pursued a certification in Neuro-Developmental Treatment (NDT) in 2016, as well as, taken courses for specialized evaluation and treatment for vestibular / oculomotor disorders, balance and coordination training and facilitating gait and functional mobility. Leah moved from San Antonio to Denver in May 2017. She has worked for Integrated Rehab since their opening in April 2018.

Beth Sun, B.A. PTBeth has a bachelor’s degree in physical therapy with 24 years of patient care experience. She has worked with adult physical therapy in Inpatient and Outpatient Neurorehabilitation , Outpatient Orthopedic Manual Therapy, Acute Hospital Care, and Home Health Care. Beth has specialized training in: Manual Orthopedic Treatment, Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation ( PNF), and Adult Neurodevelopmental Treatment (NDT). She enjoys helping clients learn to manage their neurologic, orthopedic and pain issues to reclaim personal independence and function. Beth became a member of the Integrated Rehab team in October 2019. |
Speech Language Pathologists
Haley Janousek, M.A. CCC-SLPHaley graduated from the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities with a Masters in Speech Language Pathology. Haley has extensive experience working with patients post-stroke and traumatic brain injury and patients with progressive neurological disorders. She is trained in leading voice treatments for including: Lee Silverman Voice Treatment (LSVT LOUD), Lessac-Madsen Resonant Voice Therapy, and Casper Stone Confidential Flow Therapy. She is certified in McNeill Dysphagia Therapy Program (MDTP) and is also trained in AmpCare ESP for dysphagia rehabilitation. Haley loves utilizing technology (both high tech and low tech) to find strategies and supports to help patients more fully participate in their daily life. Haley lives with her husband in Arvada and enjoys singing, playing games with family and friends, walking her dog, and coding apps. She has been working for Integrated Rehab since it first opened in April 2018.

Mary Jennings Van Sant, M.S. CCC-SLPMary Jennings received her Master of Science degree in Communication Disorders from the University of Texas at Dallas in 2017. After graduation, Mary Jennings worked in inpatient acute and outpatient rehabilitation at Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital in Plano. Her passion for neurological rehabilitation expanded as she gained extensive experience treating adult and adolescent patients diagnosed with a variety of cognitive-communication, speech, and swallowing impairments. She is a certified provider of the McNeill Dysphagia Therapy Program [MDTP] and has additional experience treating functional, organic, and neurological voice disorders. Mary Jennings is a Maryland native; however, she relocated to Denver from Dallas last year, joining the Integrated Rehab team in December of 2019. |
