Neuro Education Program.
A free group program facilitated by the Integrated Rehabilitation Therapists. The Neuro Education Program consists of ten 45-minute sessions that provide education, assistance, and resources for individuals who have experienced brain injury or stroke. We also encourage loved ones to attend. Each session provides education, discussion, and an activity in order to assist with the transition from hospital to home and maximize recovery.

Emotional and Behavioral Changes are common after experiencing a brain injury. Understand the emotional and behavioral changes that occur and how to manage them. Sleep. Experiencing sleep disturbances after a stroke or brain injury is common. Learn how to combat restless nights and reduce daytime fatigue. Optimizing Care. For care providers only: There are multiple responsibilities that come with being a care provider. Learn how to optimize your loved one's recovery progress outside of the therapy gym. . |
